Patrikas PultineviciusSenior Scientist, Cell Line Development & Automation at AstraZenecaSpeaker
Profile
I travelled from Lithuania almost 14 years ago to England, to pursue a degree in biochemistry. I first completed my Masters in University of Sheffield with an MBiolSci Biochemistry and Microbiology (2011-2015). I then proceeded to defend a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology (2015-2020) at the University of Aberdeen. Since then, I have worked together with AstraZeneca as a Senior Scientist, Cell Line Development & Automation, where my main goal is to generate cell lines with synthetic circuits that allow improved recombinant protein expression and cellular productivity.
