Deepika Rajesh is a highly accomplished stem cell biologist and cancer immunologist with over 25 years of experience leading teams developing innovative stem cell products. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Biology from the University of Mumbai and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Rajesh has worked extensively with induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), collaborating with pioneers like James Thomson. She has managed multidisciplinary teams at companies like FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics and Notch Therapeutics, launching various iPSC-derived cell types for drug discovery and cell therapy applications. She has been awarded over 25 granted and pending patent applications worldwide in stem cell biology. She currently is the Chief Scientific Officer at Roslin Technologies, a life science company in Edinburgh where she is leading the company’s animal stem cell platform for the cultivated meat industry.[1][2][3]
