Katie Gaynor is a Principal Scientist in the Core Phage Group in Discovery Biology at Bicycle Therapeutics. She oversees early-stage research projects across oncology, anti-viral, and neurology targets. Prior to joining Bicycle, Katie worked in antibody discovery and optimisation at Pfizer, as well as completing post-docs in oncology at the University of Oxford, and respiratory medicine at University College Dublin. She holds a Masters of Biochemistry and a DPhil in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford.
