Janos T. Kodra graduated from the chemistry department at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich in 1999 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Steven A. Benner. He joined Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen Denmark in 1998. He is author and co-author of a number of publications, book chapter and patents/patent applications in the field of medicinal chemistry, bioinformatics, therapeutic proteins and peptides. His current research interest covers the combination of synthetic organic chemistry with expressed proteins and synthetic peptides in order to develop new biological entities for the treatment of metabolic disorders.
