Dr Hélène Tran built and is currently leading the oligonucleotide therapeutic platform in Servier, France; dedicated to develop and optimize antisense oligonucleotide therapies for the treatment of fatal neurological disorders. Prior to Servier, Hélène worked in academic laboratories on RNA mediated disorders in France and in US. Her work at Umass Medical School in the Neurology department lead by Pr. Robert Brown with whom she developed ASO therapies also contributed to better understand disease biology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
