Cristina Martinez Munoz has a M.Sc. in Medical Biology at the University of Amsterdam and a Ph.D in Cell Molecular Biology at the Utrecht University.

After two post-doc positions at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and VU Medical Center, she started in Crucell/Janssen Vaccines and worked for 11 years, heading different departments (Analytical Development, Clinical Immunology, Quality Control and Drug Product Development and Clinical Supplies).

In 2020 she started at Kite’s European cell therapy manufacturing facility near Amsterdam, as head of cell therapy manufacturing. Cristina is a passionate and innovative leader, that leads a culture of business growth, promoting an open and safe environment where people can thrive on their strengths.
