Merrilyn is responsible for strategy and marketing across all the bioprocessing businesses at Thermo Fisher Scientific. She has 25 years of industry experience in biotech, diagnostics, and pharma with an emphasis on commercializing technologies and building partnerships.

Prior to Thermo Fisher, Merrilyn worked at Life Technologies, Definiens AG, Astra Zeneca, and Illumina. Merrilyn has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard, an MBA from University of California, and a B.S. in Biology from Emory University.
