Megan Greenfield, Ph.D., is a Partner in McKinsey’s Boston office, with 12+ years of experience advising healthcare leaders on growth strategy and performance transformation. She co-leads the Boston office’s All-In DEI efforts, regularly presents insights from Women In the Workplace, an annual research study conducted by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey, and leads executive roundtables on how to recruit, promote, and retain women. She has published articles on how employers can advance health equity and advance women in healthcare. Megan is a World Economic Forum Young Global leader and before joining McKinsey, she researched tissue engineering, receiving her Ph.D. from Northwestern University and B.S. from Caltech.
