Adam Thomas is the Chief People Officer at Synlogic, a clinical-stage biotech developing novel therapeutics for rare metabolic diseases. Prior to joining Synlogic Adam was the Head of HR for the R&D divisions of Shire, and SC Johnson. Before joining SC Johnson he worked in various HR leadership positions in Pfizer in both the UK and US. Adam holds an undergraduate degree in law from Edinburgh University, an MA in HR from Bristol Business School, and an MBA from Boston University.
