Bart-Jan de Kreuk, Ph.D.Senior Scientist, Antibody Format Discovery at GenmabSpeaker
Profile
Bart-Jan de Kreuk, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Genmab. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2012 in Cell Biology at Sanquin Research (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), studying the role of small GTPases in cell adhesion and migration. After receiving his PhD degree, he moved to the lab of Professor Mark Ginsberg at UCSD (San Diego, USA) as a post-doctoral fellow studying how small GTPases affect endothelial membrane integrity and as such may influence Cerebral Cavernous Malformations. He joined Genmab in 2016 where his focus is on Antibody biology and Fc/antibody engineering as well as discovery of new antibody format opportunities.
