Sebastian LülfScientific Manager, Pathogen Saftey at Biotest AG
Dr. Sebastian Lülf studied Biology at the Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany and prepared his doctoral thesis at the Max-Planck-Institute Dortmund with focus on the Biochemical analysis of different HIV proteins. After a short-term fellowship of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science in Tokyo, he worked for 2.5 years as study manager in a contract laboratory for virus validation studies at Charles River Biopharmaceutical Services in Cologne. Afterwards he started his current position as Scientific Manager of the Pathogen Safety department of Biotest AG in Dreieich. He is responsible for planning and execution of virus validation studies and is working as liaison between R&D and production department i.a. as specialist for the UVC UVivatec® technology.
