Ali Gökhan has almost 10 years experience working as a RAN Planning and Optimization Engineer. During his career, he worked in different positions in 2 operator (Turkcell, Turk Telekom).

He worked within both central and regional radio access network optimization teams, gaining a vast range of experiences across Turk Telekom Central RAN Department– and real expertise in telecommunication world. He has been working for Turkcell as Expert RAN Planning & Optimization Engineer.

He won "CXO Award" for three times in Turkcell.

He is responsible to run various types of projects which may change in terms of technical domain, complexity and contractual obligations
