Please reference the attendee event guide for the most up-to-date agenda and general conference information. You will receive a printed copy of the event guide when you check in onsite.

Registration/Badge Collection Check-in Hours
Once you arrive at the venue, please follow the signage towards the registration desk to collect your badge. You may claim your badge with a business card, ID or passport. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Onsite Registration
Online registration is now closed for TIDES Europe 2019. Onsite registration is available.

Exhibition Hall & Poster Viewing Hours
The exhibit and poster hall will be open to all attendees during the following hours:

Wednesday, 13 November | 07.30– 18.00
Thursday, 14 November | 08.00 – 14.25

Exhibitors – you can find all information for set up & tear down in the exhibitor kit.

Poster presenters – you can hang up your poster on Wednesday, 13 November starting at 07.30. Just bring your printed poster and we will have an assigned poster space # and push pins for you.

partneringONE® Networking App
All registered attendees receive access to our partnering tool, partneringONE®, sponsored by Intertek. If you haven't already, be sure to login to your account using the username and password you received in your registration confirmation email. You can check out the attendee list and schedule meetings before you even arrive on-site! Learn more.

Partnering meetings will take place November 13th-14th. Locations for scheduled meetings will be published on November 12th on your partneringONE profile.

Speaker Presentation Slides
One week after the event, all of the presentations that were approved by speakers to share their slides will be compiled into a link and shared with all attendees via email. Keep an eye out!

Attendee Badges
