A Message From RDFF Co-Founder Daniel Defabio

Disorder: The Rare Disease Film Festival co-founder Daniel DeFabio talks inspiration behind creating the film festival with partner Bo Bigelow, and partnering at this year's Biotech Week Boston 2018.

“One of the goals we had when Bo Bigelow and I created the film festival was to, not only, curate the films we show but the audience that sees them,” says DeFabio.

SELECTIONS FROM DISORDER AT BIOTECH WEEK BOSTON

Taking place on Thursday, September 6 a series of films from DISORDER: The Rare Disease Film Festival will be shown as part of Biotech Week Boston. The screenings build on the success of the 2017 festival and aim to build connections between the biopharma community, patient advocacy groups, patients, and those who are passionate about finding cures for rare diseases, which may ultimately lead to new paths for research.

Join us to explore the challenges, hopes and inspiration that come from these films.
