Founded in 2001 Keosys has become a leading global provider of medical imaging solutions. Leveraging his expertise in engineering, imaging, telecommunications, and IT, Jerome identified a growing need in hospitals and cancer centers for medical imaging solutions that enabled faster and more accurate clinical decisions. As a result, Keosys became a prominent provider of imaging solutions in cancer centers and hospitals.
With the rapid increase in drug development and regulations over the next five years, new challenges evolved for the biopharmaceutical industry. Biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies increased their demand for flexible and efficient medical imaging solutions to manage imaging data during clinical trials. Seeing an opportunity to build on Keosys’ strong track record in medical imaging, the company collaborated with academics, medical experts and pharmaceutical partners to design and implement a state-of-the-art web-based imaging platform specifically for clinical trials.
This new innovative solution offered the following key benefits:
Image availability soon after acquisition for real-time access
Cost-optimization across the entire process
Centralized reading and quality control capabilities
Faster go-no go decisions and shorter timelines
To this day, Keosys’ CTIMS remains a best-in-class platform, continuously updated with breakthrough innovation to meet the dynamic needs of the industry.
Over the past few years, Keosys has started implementing an ambitious R&D program to create a worldwide medical imaging virtual factory with 400 medical imaging experts preparing new ways to perform clinical trials using predictive software.
Keosys’ experience in both clinical routine and clinical trials has enabled the company to quickly expand into three continents including the United States. Today the company continues to grow and evolve its imaging platform, viewer, and value-added products to best meet the needs of researchers and healthcare professionals across the globe.
