Connie ChangVice President, Corporate Affairs at Millendo Therapeutics
Connie joined Millendo Therapeutics, a late-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on orphan endocrine diseases, in November 2018. In this role, Connie leads several key functions for the company, including investor and public relations, corporate communications, facilities and operations, information technology and corporate branding.
Prior to joining Millendo, Connie was the inaugural managing director for Fast Forward Medical Innovation (FFMI), the commercialization and entrepreneurship arm of the University of Michigan Medical School. FFMI’s mission is to help drive biomedical innovation from clinicians and researchers across campus through funding, industry networks, mentoring and other entrepreneurial support.
Connie joined U-M after a 15-year career in Boston and New York, including 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry where she worked in commercial marketing and sales. Connie worked at Sepracor (now Sunovion) as Senior Director and brand team leader for the prescription pharmaceutical products Lunesta and Xopenex. Prior to Sepracor, Connie was with Pfizer in New York working on brands such as Zyrtec, Lipitor, and Zoloft, as well as serving as Director of Regional Marketing for the New England region. She also was a management consultant with Mercer in New York (now Oliver Wyman).
Connie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychobiology from Harvard University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
