Cancellation Policy: Cancellations incur an administrative penalty of 20%. Any cancellation within one month from start of the congress will not qualify for a refund.
Payments Terms: Within 14 days from invoice receipt until a month prior the event; within a month prior the event, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
