Alessandra is part of Tiefenbacher RA and R&D group. She is responsible for the digital transformation of the RA department and the creation of the Internal Master Data Mgmt team & RA Operations Team. Furthermore, she is driving initiatives around Data Governance, RIM & IDMP implementation and structured data submission.

Overall, six years of experience leading digital initiatives such as Structured Content Authoring, Data Governance and Document Management System.

Graduated in Cognitive Science & Decision Making (MSc) and International Health Management (MA), Alessandra earned her MBA early this year.
