Tricia is the leader of US Promotion at Merck & Co., Inc. This organization includes Marketing Communications for all US brands, Digital Execution, Marketing Operations, Launch Excellence, and Customer Engagement Optimization. The vision of US Promotion is to deliver high quality customer engagements to improve patient outcomes. The team’s mission is to translation strategy into execution that is relevant, credible, impactful and efficient to help drive revenue growth.
Tricia has breadth and depth of marketing experience across therapeutic areas, life cycles, customers, and regions. She has developed marketing strategies and led teams to execute effectively and efficiently. Most recently, Tricia developed a Digital Engagement Strategy for the US Market and is working to drive transformational change in order to successfully realize the strategy. Tricia has Bachelor of Arts degrees and an MBA from Villanova University.
