Event Schedule

Exhibitor Move In:

Exhibition set up will begin on:

Sunday, January 27th - 1:00 - 5:00 pm

Monday, January 28th - 7:00 - 9:15am

All booths must be set and operational by 9:15am on Monday, January 28th, 2019.

Exhibit Hours:

Monday, January 28th, 2019:  

9:45am - 6:00pm

Dedicated Exhibit Hall Hours: 

Morning break 9:45-10:30am

Lunch in the Exhibit Hall 12:00 – 1:15pm

Afternoon Refreshment Break 2:45-3:30pm

Cocktail Reception 5:00 – 6:00pm (in Exhibit Hall)

Your DDP exhibitor space includes:

All 10’x10’ booths will be set with:

  • 8’ high grey back drape
  • 3’ high grey side rail
  • 7”x 44” one-line identification booth sign 
You will need to order (NOT included with your booth):
  • Audio/Visual services
  • Electric
  • Additional furniture
  • WiFi (basic shared wi-fi is free in the hall but we reccomend ordering dedicated if you will be relying on it heavily in your booth)
  • Lead Retrieval (FORM COMING SOON)

Tracking Numbers

As part of our customer service to the exhibitors, please send the tracking numbers for any boxes/booths shipped to the GES Warehouse. Our show management team will help track packages on-site should any issues or delays arise. 

Please send complete tracking information (Tracking #, amount of boxes, shipment type, arrival date) by Monday, January 21st to Francesca De Francesco at Francesca.DeFrancesco@knect365.com.

Registration

Your Complimentary Passes:

To register your passes, please DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION SHEET:

  • fill out the registration spreadsheet with your passes information and send back to Francesca De Francesco (Francesca.DeFrancesco@knect365.com)
  • Please do not exceed your allotted number of passes, please refer to your sponsorship agreement for your number of allotted passes. 
  • Speakers will automatically be registered, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
  • If you have any changes to your registered passes, please email these changes to Francesca.DeFrancesco@knect365.com.
