Exhibitor Move In:

Exhibition set up will begin on:

Monday, January 22nd at 10:30am-2:30pm.

All booths must be set and operational by 3:00pm on Monday, January 22, 2018.

Booth Space

Your DDP exhibitor space includes:

All 10’x10’ booths will be set with:

  • 8’ high grey back drape
  • 3’ high grey side rail
  • 7”x 44” one-line identification booth sign 
You will need to order (NOT included with your booth):
  • Audio/Visual services
  • Electric
  • Additional furniture
  • WiFi
Ordering AV/Electric/Internet:

To order any AV for your booth, please order through the our AV Vendor Metro: AV Order Form.

To order any Electric or Internet for your booth, please order through the PGA National Resort and Spa: Electrical and Internet form.


Shipping to Advance Warehouse:

Please ship any booth material shipments to the  Advance Warehouse - Shipping Label.

First day freight can arrive without a surcharge: December 22, 2017

Last day freight can arrive without a surcharge: January 16, 2018

Shipping Direct to Show:

If you have missed the Advance Warehouse Shipment deadline (January 16, 2018), please use the Direct to Show Label.

Packages must not be delivered direct to show prior to: January 22, 2018 at 8:00am.

Tracking Numbers

As part of our customer service to the exhibitors, please send the tracking numbers for any boxes/booths shipped to the Shepard Advanced Warehouse. Our show management team will help track packages on-site should any issues or delays arise. 

Please complete the exhibitor shipment tracking form and email to your operations contact by Monday, January 15th


Your Complimentary Passes:

To register your passes, please use the Exhibitor Registration Portal below:

  • Enter the full contact details of each of your attendees and click submit to complete the registration.
  • You will need to go back to the link above for each attendee's registration. 
  • Please do not exceed your allotted number of passes, please refer to your sponsorship agreement for your number of allotted passes. 
  • Speakers will automatically be registered, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
  • If you have any changes to your registered passes, please email these changes to 
Additional Passes-
