Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry with specialization in enabling and scaling industry-leading services and technology solutions with clients. As General Manager of Zelta Clinical Trials Solutions, she is responsible for harnessing the power of Merative's unified clinical data management and data acquisition technology along with the skills of her consulting & services team members to solve complex challenges for customers in the Life Sciences industry. Jennifer defines and shapes the business strategy and leads the overall growth initiatives. Her team’s objective is to incorporate innovative solutions that continue to enable Zelta to empower customers to take control in every stage and help them accelerate trial outcomes with confidence, to help put people at the center of health.

Prior to joining Merative, Jennifer was the Global Life Sciences Leader, Watson Health Consulting & Vice President of Clinical Development for IBM Watson Health, and previously the Research & Development Services Leader for Accenture Global Life Sciences. Over her career, Jennifer has collaborated with teams across the Life Sciences industry, from large to mid-sized companies, as well as many of the major technology providers.

Jennifer has an MBA in Biotechnology and Healthcare Management. She is passionate about challenging industry norms and seeking powerful, novel solutions that drive business growth and deliver improved outcomes for Life Sciences clients and the patients they serve.
