Eugen Anwander is chemist and working as a chemical inspector for the Federal State Government Service Vorarlberg in Austria for more than 30 years. As the Austrian member in the ECHA Enforcement Forum and the BPR Subgroup he is engaged in this ECHA body and it's Biocide Subgroup since 2011 as chair and vice chair.
