Scientist II, Cell Culture and Fermentation Sciences at MedImmune


Kerensa Klottrup-Rees studied Molecular Biology at the University of Sussex and the use of DNA junctions in biotechnology at the University of Southampton. Kerensa started at Genetix in the early days of the ClonePixFL colony picker, working directly with customers to develop new assays. She moved to the USA to join MedImmune, Gaithersburg to work in cell line development on the ClonePix, before eventually moving to the Cambridge UK site. Kerensa has an expertise in monoclonality and automation as well as an interest in making the most of the huge data sets we collect to make better decisions.
