Alexandre Kuhn, PhDDirector, Whole-Genome Sequencin at Selexis
Alexandre Kuhn joined Selexis in 2018 as Director of Whole-Genome Sequencing. Alexandre studied molecular biology at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and earned his PhD from the University of Freiburg (Germany). He subsequently held research positions at EPFL (Switzerland), NIH (USA) and Singapore, working in the fields of genetics, genomics and statistics. Alexandre has co-authored 30 peer-reviewed papers and is also an active contributor to the Bioconductor software project. He has spent the last several years of his career focused on the genomic characterization of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.
