Brooke Tam is a process engineer at Sanofi, where she is the technical lead of the Global MSAT Cell Culture Simulator Team and the Cell Retention Technology Functional Team. Brooke is particularly interested in using digital twins to improve the development, scale-up, and monitoring of cell culture processes. Her work has enabled cell culture digital twins to become a standard component of tech transfers for biologics processes at Sanofi. Her area of expertise also includes bioreactor design, process control, and data analytics. Prior to joining Sanofi, she received her PhD in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
