Dr. Alysia Birkholz is the CEO of Texcell's North American division, a prominent contract testing organization specializing in safety testing for adventitious agents in the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors. In her role, she directs the site, formulates scientific and operational strategies, and collaborates with the global leadership team to advance the mission of safeguarding the future of medicines. Holding a PhD in Biological Sciences from UC San Diego and a BA in Biochemistry and Biology from St. Mary's College of Maryland, Dr. Birkholz brings a strong academic background to her leadership.
