Dr. Al de Leon, Manager of Purification R&D for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customs Resin is responsible for innovation and development of new purification solutions. His expertise is on the fabrication, characterization, and application of polymer coating and emulsion systems. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and book chapters in surface chemistry, nanocomposites, and two-phase systems. Dr. Al de Leon has a bachelor’s degree (B. Sc) in Chemical Engineering from University of the Philippines – Diliman; and a doctorate (Ph. D.) degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, OH.
