Exhibitor Move In:
Exhibition set up will begin on:
Sunday, March 10 at 2:00pm-5:00pm.
Monday, March 11 at 8:00am-5:00pm.
All booths must be set and operational by 5:00pm on Monday, March 11, 2019.
Tuesday, March 12, 2019: Dedicated exhibit hall hours: (Open from 9:15 am - 6:30 pm)
9:15 am - 9:55 am -- Refreshment Break in Exhibit Hall
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm -- Networking lunch in Exhibit Hall
3:20 pm - 4:00 pm -- Refreshment break in Exhibit Hall
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm -- Cocktail Reception in Exhibit Hall

Your BPI West exhibitor space includes:
All 10’x10’ booths will be set with:
- 8’ high white back drape
- 3’ high white side rail
- 7”x 44” one-line identification sign
- Carpet will need to be purchased and is mandatory
Table Top booths will be set with:
- Table and 2 chairs
- Carpet is not necessary

Please see GES shipping information, instructions, and pricing. All packages must be sent through GES Exposition’s Advanced Warehouse, by March 6th, to be delivered directly to your booth at the event.
- GES will start accepting packages on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019.
- The deadline for advanced shipping to the warehouse is Wednesday, March 6th, 2019.

All registered attendees from your team will receive access to the BPI US West 2019 app, which allows you to view the attendee list and schedule meetings before you arrive onsite. The app goes live approximately 3 weeks before the event and all registered attendees will be emailed their log in instructions then. Any app questions can be directed to Event Marketing Manager Howie Choi at email@example.com.
