PhD in Food Science (Instituto Tecnológico de Veracruz, México). A post-doc position in the Plant Pathology Group at the University of Alicante (Spain), working in the study of interactions between beneficial fungi and crops against pests. Moreover, I have collaborated with the Plant Genetics Group from Universidad Miguel Hernandez (San Juan, Spain) focused on understanding the genetic relationship between plants and fungi. Since 2016, my research is also directed to elucidate the mode of action of botanical extracts as biopesticides and the formulation of different biologicals agents to improve their effects on plant growth and development, specially in stress conditions.
