Mihalis is a Principal Scientist and Director of Antibody Discovery and Protein Engineering at Denali Therapeutics, where his work is focused on engineering brain-penetrant biotherapeutics for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Mihalis completed his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Stanford University in Dr. Jennifer Cochran's lab.
