NRI is leading the IFAD-funded project ‘Increasing the Performance of the Cassava Industry in WCA’ (IPCI), being implemented by a team of international experts on cassava processing. The main purpose of IPCI is to enhance the performance of IFAD cassava projects. The project aims to achieve wider regional impact through disseminating good practices, lessons learned, technological innovations and new prototypes, enhancing policy dialogue among relevant actors, heightening private sector involvement and setting up private-public partnerships.
