STAND FASCIA PANEL (NAME PLATE)  

Option 1: Generic font and text in BLACK – included in your stand package  

Please confirm wording for the stand fascia panel latest by Friday 25th October to: nadine.clift@newaginternational.com  

Option 2: Customised fascia panel with logo – Contact the New Ag International approved supplier, BCN Congress for a quote. (Please quote Ref: BSWC 2019) 

STAND PANELS  

Option 1: Bring your own posters with you and attach them to the stand wall.  

Option 2: Print directly onto the panels. Contact the New Ag International approved supplier Friday 25th October for a quote (Ref: BSWC 2019). Last order will be taken on Friday 25th October. 

SPECIAL CONSTRUCTIONS  

Option 1: To use the New Ag International Preferred Supplier to design and supply your Special Constructed Stand please contact bcncongress@bcncongress.com for a quote: (Ref: BSWC 2019). Last orders will be taken on Friday 25th October.  

Option 2: If you will be using your own supplier to design and supply your Special Constructed Stand please ask them to contact bcncongress@bcncongress.com for a quote (Ref: BSWC 2019) for logistical information, stand build times etc.  

BCN CONGRESS WILL BE THE LEAD STAND BUILDER ON SITE AND WILL COORDINATE ALL OTHER STAND BUILDING COMPANIES  

1. Access to Exhibition Hall  

2. Loading/unloading during the build-up and dismantle times  

All Special Construction Designs (Option 1 and 2) must be submitted to New Ag International for final approval: nadine.clift@newaginternational.com 

GENERAL CLEANING  

General cleaning of the exhibition hall will be provided by the venue who will also arrange for all Aisles PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION and daily thereafter, but it is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to maintain his booth in a clean condition at all times. 

DILAPIDATION  

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of making good or replacing any damage or dilapidation to the exhibition premises, whether caused by themselves, their agents, contractors or by any person or persons employed or engaged on their behalf by such agents or contractors.
